The Mindfulness Meditation Group teaches techniques to deepen and expand your connection to self, while establishing a sustainable, adaptable, and nourishing meditation practice. If you have ever wanted to start, or reconnect to a meditation practice, this 8 week series is designed intentionally for you.
What to expect:
Once weekly 30 minute guided meditation practice with space to ask questions and clarify. This virtual session is available to replay should you miss it.
Journal prompts and home practices to thread the practice between sessions and establish a regular practice, suggested sequences will be provided after each session.
A custom PDF workbook designed for you with rituals, mindfulness exercises, invitation to sutra inquiry, and invitations for embodied practices.
