Join Adriana Adelé for this two hour workshop to deepen your understanding of the breath and pranayama, Pantanjali’s fourth limb of yoga practice. This workshop will bring clarity to the questions:

  • What is pranayama and what’s the point?

  • What is the difference between prana and breath?

  • Is pranayama meditation?

  • Why so early?

  • How many techniques do I need to know?

  • How do you establish a sustainable pranayama practice to integrate into daily life?

After diving into these questions, this workshop will conclude in a short yoga asana and pranayama practice.
