Teaching Pranayama & Meditation

Join Adriana and Erick for this immersive experience in learning to teach Pranayama and Mindfulness. This 25-hour training invites lessons in the daily practice of Pranayama and Mindfulness, deepening connections to self and others, along with teaching methods that prepare you to add Pranayama and Mindfulness to your classes.

You will learn:

  • Foundational principles of Pranayama (breathwork)

  • Introduction to Anatomy of the Breath

  • Application of 3-4 different Pranayama techniques including cueing

  • Postures for Mindfulness Meditation

  • Cueing the breath in Mindfulness

  • Mindfulness practices off the mat

  • Sutra Study and more.

This training meets virtually for the Pranayama Practice Group and Mindfulness Mediation Group Starting in October (We will enroll you in these sessions. These sessions are recorded.), In Studio Teaching Applications on December 3, and submitting final practicum.

Key Dates:

  • October 3 Pranayama Practice Group (8 weeks virtually at 7:45 am)

  • October 5 Mindfulness Meditation Group (8 weeks virtually at 7:45 am)

  • December 3 Teaching Applications 11-5pm In Studio

No prior experience is required, and all are welcome.
