Meet Nicole

I got into yoga back in high school. My dad and I would go to classes together on the weekends. Yoga was always a constant for me throughout all transitional times in my life. From high school to college, college to adulthood, and all the small moments in between. Through all chapters of my life I have been able to lean on the practice. Before I even knew what “taking the seat of the teacher” meant, I was doing just that. My personal yoga journey has grown immensely over the years. To reflect on where I started, where I am now, and what I have yet to discover in this life long journey of learning makes my heart so full.

With the ever changing relationship to the practice, my favorite yoga pose has changed over the years as well! However, whenever I get a moment of movement there is a 100% chance I will sneak in a side angle or two! 

Rise and shine for 7am yoga with me on Mondays! This class is filled with poses that will get your breath, body, and mind, moving and feeling ready to kick off the day with a bit more clarity and openness; both physically and mentally. We will utilize props to access optimal alignment in poses in order to gain more access to the fullest breaths. Those who have taken class so far have expressed feeling energized for the day ahead!
