A little about Ashley:
Ashley started practicing Yoga when they were 7 and they love sharing it with little people and grown-ups alike! Ashley received my 95 Hour Kids' Yoga Teaching Certificate through Grounded Kids Yoga about three years ago and since then has gone on to lead after-school programs, kids' and family Yoga classes at studios and schools throughout Philadelphia. In November, Ashley became a full-time Yoga, mindfulness, and Health + Wellness teacher at a school for students with complex learning challenges. They are currently developing a school-wide mindfulness initiative and professional development training for faculty and staff and teaching Yoga to kids and grown-ups around Philly while on summer break.
