Join Samantha Suragh for Three Queens’ 8 Week Beginner Series, starting April 3! The Beginner Series is designed to provide the necessary tools to develop a life-long healthy yoga practice.
Over the course of eight consecutive weeks, we will cover more than just the foundations of physical poses and alignment; we also offer an introduction to philosophy, exploration of breathing techniques, and an invitation for self-inquiry and discovery. Perfect for those taking their very first steps into yoga as well as students looking to expand their understanding of yoga fundamentals, this course informs and builds a practice that helps students feel better in body, mind, and heart.
The series starts meets weekly at 8:30 am. In each 75-minute session, there will be an introduction to new concepts and discussion thereof, followed by a physical practice focused on breaking down new poses and applying new techniques. We aim to provide a welcoming environment for students to ask questions, find comfort in their body and breath, and develop their own personal yoga practice.
This series is In Studio only. A week before the series starts, you will receive a special welcome email from Samantha. At this time, Three Queens requires proof of vaccination for all students.

Samantha, she/her, is a momma, wife, coffee enthusiast, and student of the practice of yoga for 8 years. Through her teachings Sami hopes to inspire self inquiry and encourages her students to give themselves grace both on and off the mat. Her classes hold a consistent theme of using the breath as both an anchor and a guide to lead us back to the voice of the true teacher, our hearts.
In her classes you can expect a flow that will build some heat, but can still be easily modified.
