Wherever your current inversion practice, this workshop will increase your comfort and confidence being upside-down. Focusing on technique and alignment, partner and wall drills, as well as inversion-specific strength and mobility exercises, we will build upon yoga foundations of chaturanga, crow, and balance-based asana to achieve more confident headstands and handstands in the center of the room.
Prerequisites:
Familiarity with crow
Ability to get into a handstand on a wall without assistance
